Shipping and Returns

We will ship your ordered products as quickly as possible after we receive your order. Delivery usually takes place three working days after the order is placed. Delivery is carried out by our partner DPD.

Delivery to Switzerland:
For deliveries to Switzerland, we recommend that you use the MeinEinkauf.ch service. All information can be found at MeinEinkauf.ch. MeinEinkauf.ch will then take care of all customs formalities and delivery to your door for a small fee. You will receive your goods quickly, fully cleared and cheaply. Since shipping is handled via Germany, the same shipping conditions apply as to Germany.

Since MeinEinkauf is a German company and Almbusch OG (Wood4Pros.com) is an Austrian company, they are entitled to deduct sales tax. To do this, enter the UID number from MeinEinkauf in your shopping cart!

You can return your order to us within 14 days without giving any reason. As soon as the package has arrived with us, you will receive a refund for the invoice amount of the returned items. The buyer bears the costs of return shipping. Before you return the package, please send us an email to w4p@almbusch.com, stating the product to be returned, your name and any complaints. For further information, please read the " Right of withdrawal " subpage.

For manual orders (by telephone, email, etc.) of the goods offered, which fall below the quantity of goods purchased on a pallet basis, the seller reserves the right to charge a processing fee of €30 for orders up to €1000, and 3% for orders over €1000 The value of the goods must be collected as processing fees and, if applicable, shipping costs. Orders placed via the regular online shop ordering system are exempt from these additional costs or are subject to the above conditions.
